  • Ripple Rewards is our loyalty program for Cartecary River Brewing Co., Grace, Black Sheep, Dogwood and Bigfoot Biscuit. Our guests receive 1 point for every dollar spent and for every 250 points you will receive a $25 reward.

  • No, there is no cost to join Ripple Rewards.

  • No, you may earn points on retail purchases but you may not redeem a reward for a retail item.

  • We always welcome your visit to our restaurants, and we appreciate when you bring your friends and family with you. However, points are only awarded to the person who settles the bill. If the bill is split, your account will be credited for the portion you paid.

  • Our program is intended for individual use only.

  • Cartecary River Brewing Co., Grace, Black Sheep, Dogwood, and Bigfoot Biscuit.

  • Yes, members may earn points on the purchase of alcohol, but points can not be redeemed on alcohol.

  • Gift card purchases will not earn points.

  • Yes. You can earn points for private dining events at participating restaurants, up to a maximum of 3,000 points per day. Points cannot be earned on banquet deposits.

  • No, reward points are non-transferable.

  • No, you may redeem as many rewards as you’d like.

  • Yes, all loyalty members will receive a 100-point sign-up bonus.

  • No, your rewards and your points will not expire. Additionally, you may save your rewards until you’d like to use them.

  • No, the reward is for $25 off. The whole reward must be used at one time. For example, if the bill is $18, you cannot apply the $25 off. The bill must exceed the reward to redeem.

  • No, the reward can only be applied to the bill.

  • Yes, you may earn points on any of our promotions such as BOGO or the Winter Prefix Menu.

  • Yes, the Local by Toast app will allow you to track your points and your rewards. We are also able to look them up for you in-store.

  • No, though your server/bartender may be aware that you are a member you will need to specify if you’d like to redeem a reward and how many you’d like to redeem.
